The Wilton Method® Courses are the perfect choice, whether you’re a novice or want to hone your cake decorating skills with Buttercream, Royal icing or Sugarpaste, these fantastic fun and certified courses are made for you!
We recommend that you take the courses in order: 1 to 3, especially if you are new to decorating as it will help you build your skills in a rational way.
In each course you will learn lots of techniques using the specific edible medium:
Course 1 – Buttercream,
Course 2 – Royal Icing,
Course 3 – Fondant (sugar paste) and Gum Paste (flower paste).
You will be awarded a Certificate of Completion on full attendance of each course.
